Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the account holder and, where applicable, the business you represent) and LEADO, the intended contracting entity registered in Qatar.

LEADO provides a hosted platform for fitness and wellness businesses covering leads, clients and members, scheduling, memberships, sales, payments recorded by the business, staff and reporting. Access is granted per organisation and per role.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your credentials, and for the actions of the users you invite into your workspace. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Every new subscription begins with a free period of two (2) months.

• A valid payment card is required when you sign up.
• You are charged $0 during the free period.
• If you cancel at any time before the first paid charge, the subscription simply ends: there is no subscription charge and no transition-month charge.

When the free period ends, a monthly paid subscription begins and the card on file is charged each month in advance until the subscription is ended in accordance with these terms. You may cancel at any time as described in these terms.

Monthly payments that have been successfully processed are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Prices are stated exclusive of any taxes or duties that may apply, which are added where required by law.

Once the paid subscription has started, cancellation works as follows:

• The current paid period is not refunded and remains payable.
• One additional paid transition month applies, during which you keep full access to LEADO so you can export and hand over your data.
• After that transition month, recurring billing ends and no further charges are made.

The business data you enter remains yours. LEADO processes it to provide the service and in line with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record the personal data of your leads, clients, members and staff, and for the accuracy of that data.

• Do not use LEADO for unlawful activity or to send unlawful messages.
• Do not attempt to access another organisation's data or to bypass access controls.
• Do not probe, disrupt or overload the platform, or resell access without agreement.

We may suspend access where use of the service creates a legal, security or operational risk.

We work to keep LEADO available and reliable, but the service is provided without a separate uptime warranty at this stage. We may improve, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, LEADO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. The final monetary liability cap for LEADO under these terms will be confirmed by Qatar legal counsel before commercial launch. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may end this agreement for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law, after giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
