Cookie Policy

Exactly which cookies and browser storage LEADO uses today across the public website, the customer platform and the Control Center.

Pre-launch notice

LEADO is in pre-launch. The contracting company name, commercial registration number, registered address, contact addresses and the effective date of these documents are still being finalised and are shown below as pending. They will be published before any paid subscription begins. Payment processing is currently in test mode only; live billing will be verified to match the terms described here before commercial launch.

1. Summary

LEADO uses no analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technology on any of its surfaces. The only cookie set is a strictly necessary security cookie from our infrastructure provider. Everything else LEADO stores in your browser is functional storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember which workspace you are working in.

2. Cookies we set

One cookie is in use across the public website, the customer platform and the Control Center:

  • __cf_bm — set by Cloudflare, our network and security provider. It distinguishes automated traffic from human visitors and protects the service from abuse. It is strictly necessary, short-lived, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

LEADO itself sets no cookies of its own. Sign-in is not cookie-based.

3. Browser storage we use

Inside the customer platform and the Control Center, LEADO stores a small number of first-party values in your browser's local storage. These are necessary or functional, and none of them is used for tracking:

  • Your authentication session token, which keeps you signed in between page loads.
  • leado.activeOrganizationId — the workspace you are currently working in.
  • leado.activeLocationId — the branch or location filter you last selected.
  • leado.pendingInviteToken — a team invitation you are in the middle of accepting.
  • leado.onboarding.v1 — your progress through the setup checklist.

LEADO does not use session storage or IndexedDB, and it sets no storage of this kind on the public website.

4. Third-party requests

The public website loads a web font from Google Fonts. Because the font is requested from Google's servers, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. No cookie is set by it and no identifier is stored on your device by LEADO as a result.

There are no other third-party scripts, embeds, pixels or tag managers on any LEADO surface.

5. What we do not use

  • No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any other analytics SDK
  • No Meta Pixel or any other advertising pixel
  • No session-recording, heatmap or behavioural profiling tools
  • No cross-site tracking and no data sold or shared with advertisers

7. Your controls

You can block or delete cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings. Blocking the security cookie or clearing storage may sign you out and can prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.
